The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid initiative catering to medically fragile children aged 5 to 21, requiring both skilled and unskilled assistance. Families do not incur any out-of-pocket expenses. Service approval hinges on the child's medical requirements, and Medicaid-eligible families can apply for GAPP at their convenience.
